- References are then taken on interested parties who fit the landlords

If satisfactory references are obtained and the tenants are to the landlord's
approval a date is set for contracts.
We use the latest assured shorthold tenancy agreement under license
from LETSURE the lettings Insurance company. This agreement incorporates
the Housing Act 1996.
- An inventory is prepared of the property's contents and a date is
set for checking the tenants in.
- With the letting now complete a statement is prepared for the landlord
regarding all monies received and deductions for agency fee.
